Best Sewer Flooding in Chicago IL

There was a funky smell coming from my washer/dryer closet (stacked washer/dryer). After confirming nothing was wrong with the machines, I called Roto Rooter. A guy came out. He was nice enough but immediately dismissed any plumbing issues, and instead sealed a toilet in the powder room next to the laundry closet. The smell persisted. I called again, and was given a 3-7pm window on a Tuesday. After jumping through hoops to leave work early and get home for that window, I got a call at 6pm saying no one was available. I had to reschedule for the next day. Not only was that inconvenient, but the person on the line was rude about it. I rescheduled for the 10-2 window today (Wed). At noon I received a call saying no one was available and they would be late. At that point, I just canceled. Massive waste of time, energy and money. They did not listen to me or take my issue seriously, didn't fix the right thing, and they never made it right.

Owner's son came to our home and did great work finding and fixing a slow draining main line. He was friendly, knowledgable and kind. Prices were fair. Would definitely hire them again.

Eugene and Jorge did a great job replacing my tankless water heater. They really took their time and did a top notch job. They really know the Navien products well and their response time and communication were the best of the plumbers I had bid on the project. Highly recommended.

Called Apex today for an ejector pump issue. The whole thing was quick and easy from start to finish. They came out within the hour. The price was fair and the repair was done with no issues. I found them to be reliable. I will use them again.

These guys will be my first call every time. We called because a new stove needed modification of the gas line and this was the first Google result in the neighborhood. Filled out an online contact form and had an appointment for the next morning within an hour. I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!
