Terrible experience with this company. My shower was leaking on the second floor and damaging the walls on the 1st floor, so I called and they sent a technician right away. The technician said he would get me an estimate on the cost of the work and I have been waiting for it for 2 weeks now. I call the office everyday to ask for the estimate and they say the technician will send it over, and everyday I am disappointed. I haven't been able to use my shower for 2 weeks as I don't want further water damage. It is crazy to me that I have to bug them constantly for an estimate, I am trying to give them business, I have never seen this before.

Vanguard Plumbing was excellent. Jan was very responsive and his team was able to get in to the property quickly to fix the issues we were having. I would highly recommend them.

I can't speak highly enough of the service Jesus and his team provided. We are first time homeowners and chose because of the great reviews---they're all accurate! He was so quick to respond, is really patient and understanding (i.e. answers a billion of our questions :-), gave a fair price for a large project, and completed quickly. We no longer have a big issue but they are now are go-to plumbers for anything/everything!

Lastly, my observation of Mr. Ballard, with his two young staff people was exceptional and his teaching methods sharing his from what I understand is over 30 years of experience. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who has. Any plumbing issues. Had them come out to quote a job. Contacted them twice after the walk-through to get the quote and they never contacted me back.

They half fix my pipes and left a hole in my floor
I had to call them back to fix it. My basement pipe still leaks
I called and they never returned. This was a bad experience.

Sam is an outstanding plumber. He responded to my request for his services very quickly, was highly professional, and completed all tasks requested of him very efficiently. He descaled and serviced my tankless water heater that was superior to any service i have had, improved flow in a few clogged faucet screens (unscheduled request), and installed an R/O water filtration system and instant hot. All of the work he did was top notch. He works quickly and works clean. I will recommend Sam without hesitation and am looking forward to working with him for all of our future plumbing, hot water and filtration needs. Thank you Sam!

Wonderful team. I wish I would've contacted them sooner. I just bought a house and of course immediately had basement drain issues. Not only did they fix the problem, but the educated me on the entire plumbing system in my home.

This company is great! They will actually schedule something that works for you!! If you say 2pm on Thursday - they are there at 2pm on Thursday! The whole staff is friendly, courteous and super professional. I highly highly recommend them. Thank you Jeff!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!
