Best Sewage Pump Replacement in Chicago IL

I had water backing up into my basement.Patricio was right on time, told me exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost, and got right to work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I hope not to have any other plumbing problems, but if I do, I hope they send him! Thank you!!

Was having an issue with our dishwasher not draining, called up Apex who said they could come out the next day for free estimate. Plumber named Chaz came out to my house, friendly personable guy who took his time and explained to me what the possible issues were and was upfront about costs. Clean cut friendly guy who fixed the problem right and in a timely manner and haven't had a problem since. I have their magnet on my fridge now, would definitely call again.

Worst customer service I've ever had; very rude, intimidated my wife, splattered human feces all over brand new wallpaper despite being specifically asked to cover them, then made up extra charges at the end

Outstanding! First time we encountered a clogged sewage or sewer. We called the company and in an hour Daniel came. Did a good job, He did not stop until He fixed the problem. We found out a lot of root trees in our pipes causing the clogged. Almost 2 hours working on it. I salute Him! Very hard working person. Thank you so much for all you've done.
