Jan most recently saved me $8,000 from what a BIG chain plumber quoted me, and he fixed the problem in less than three hours. They will NEVER take advantage of you, or try to rip you off, just tell you exactly what your house needs to get the plumbing fixed, and then they do it. They are very experienced in older plumbing systems as well. I have used them 7-8 times or more. If you're unsure about what to do, or what a plumber has told you and want a second opinion, give them a call. Their charges are quite reasonable for the excellent service they provide. They are very busy guys, but well worth the wait if you need something done right.

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.
