If you earn $45,000 a year and want 1/50th your annual income going to a plumber that worked 45 minutes, these are your guys.I spoke with a very nice woman at Goode Plumbing who set up an appointment to swap out our kitchen disposal. I wouldn’t be there but my wife would. They installed a disposal they had on the truck, it took less than an hour. They left a $945 invoice with my wife.It seemed extremely high to me, so I looked up the model number of the disposal thinking maybe it was really expensive. The model costs $102 at Home Depot. Which means $843 dollars in labor for less than an hour of work. Sure a guy needs to make a buck and there’s overhead, but $843 for less than an hour of labor?I left messages for next 2 weeks because I was repeatedly told by the very nice receptionist Jake is sick, he’s out of town, he’ll call you right back… etc. etc…no one called back after 2 weeks of calling. Finally Jake called me back, explaining “this is their going rate”. He apologized and said “sorry if you don't like our pricing”. It was a pleasant conversation and informative for me to never call them again.

Amazing!!!! Not only did Captain Rooter clear out my root infestation that every other company couldn’t do and said that I need a clean out installation and dig up my yard cause the cutter opening was to small and couldn’t clear out line ! Then the Captain Came out and suggested that hydro jetting would clear out line and the roots and I wouldn’t have to dig up anything , So... ok. Let see if this is true , long be hold 2 hours later clean as a whistle they showed me with the camera before and after I was impressed and saved me Thousands on top of that !!!! The real deal hydro jetting saved the day!!! you learn something new every day thanks guys!!

Make sure you read the fine print because when they go and tell you it’s a lifetime warranty there’s always a catch if I could give them no stars I would never do business with them again and I will not recommend this company

Victor was great! He was very responsive and squeezed us in last minute. He changed out and fixed our kitchen faucet. While there he did a few extra things without a concern and was very helpful! Would recommend him and use him again!

Mike recently replaced the kitchen sink faucet in my home. I am very satisfied with the install. It was done very efficiently. He arrived on time and maintained a high level of professionalism. It is greatly appreciated that he takes following COVID-19 protocols seriously (this was a concern I had with having someone enter my home, but this was not a problem at all with Mike). I highly recommend this plumber and I look forward to working with him for any future plumbing needs.

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
