Walter and Manny came and thoroughly inspected my sewage lines and gave me a written contract on sewage work needed to be done. Walter was clear and upfront with pricing. No surprises. It was a lot of work done. Him and his crew completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and pleasant demeanor. Walter worked with my schedule seeing as I was very busy. I was pleased with everything.

Ben was great! He arrived early and waited for me to arrive at my new home - listened to what I needed repaired and presented me with options that he took care of on the spot. He made several trips to a nearby hardware store to get parts and even made a special trip back to install a facet for me after he located a special nut to complete the project. While fixing a sink ourselves, our main water valve got stuck in the off position on a Saturday. (The knob would turn but it wouldn't open the valve and release water into our house.) Mike first tried to troubleshoot for us over the phone for free, and even offered to video chat to walk us through the fix ourselves. We were nervous we'd break the valve ourselves and end up with a mess, so we braced ourselves to wait until Monday (with no water) for his team to come out. A couple hours later he called me back and said he could fix it for me today, on a Saturday evening. He came in, found that the repair was even easier than he anticipated, and only asked for a fraction of what he quoted us. He came through for us in an emergency on a Saturday, did honest work, and requested an honest price. We're so lucky we found him and are saving his number for future needs. Thank you, Mike!!!

Green Tech has been out to my home in Des Plaines several times for routine maintenance. (Kitchen Faucet replaced, Ejector pump replaced, sewer rodded, bathtub drain rodded.) The guys are knowledgeable, and solved my issues with no BS. They also installed a flood control system at my moms house in Park Ridge. (Dry basement ever since) Cheers, and thanks!
