I called Roto Rooter after water started coming up through our basement at the drain tiles. They were responsive, here within 5 hours on a Sunday, and Ali was extremely helpful and professional in helping me identify the problem.

It was truly amazing that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The plumber showed up on time and was able to fix my sinks and broken faucet. The job was well done.

I would like to acknowledge outstanding service and work ethic. I placed a call to Vanderbosch for a boiler inspection and cleaning for a 9 unit Condo in Chicago. I was sent John C. who came out about 4 days later. When our condo president and I met him, we were impressed by his professionalism and politeness. He explained our options and went into detail as to how they would reflect on the safety of our building as well as efficiency of our boiler. Our boiler had been neglected and took him all day to take apart and clean. Even though our building has the original boiler, someone might have hesitated to trust anyone to take it apart to clean. However John C. took pictures of all the original settings, documented them so that he would return the unit to it's original running settings. During this tedious and messy process he consulted with Hugh Hodur (the owner) many times only to find out that the settings were not correct for optimal efficiency. During this process he answered many of my questions and patiently explained many scenarios. Also he discovered a relay switch which will be replaced this Friday that could have shut down our boiler at any minute with out notice due to corroded wires. This company converted my in floor radiant heat to above ground 15 years ago. They were great back than but after yesterday, they have me as a customer for life, regardless of where I live in their service area. Outstanding and ethical. Thank you John C. And Hugh Hodur. I don't usually leave review but I thought I had to due to the expertise of Eric the plumber. Unlike most Eric is honest knowledgeable and swift with projects. Respectful of situations and best of all best price. 5 stars.

My water bill increased almost triple the amount and at 7:30pm he showed up that same night to assess the problem. He showed up on time, crawled under the house and he assured me that there was no leak and further more proved it by showing us the meter. He could've been dishonest and said there was an issue but he didn't. Also all communication was via the yelp app and through text which was super convenient for me.

Bert is honest, knowledgeable, affordable, and reliable. I've used him in the past as well and his works stands for itself. I wouldn't call anybody else. Thanks again Bert!

Power Plumbing replaced the failed wax ring which caused problems downstairs; they successfully dealt with the bad original installation of the toilet, unclogged the bathroom sink, and replaced parts which caused the toilet to run so often. I smiled as I wrote the check. Highest recommendation.

They were extremely professional and the job was done just as discussed (check valve and eductor pump). My basement flooded during a massive storm but they came out right away to give me a quote and got it done quickly after I called to schedule it. Would definitely use them again!

Sam responded quickly to my request (leaky shower needed cartridge replaced), knew his stuff and quoted me an estimate that was very accurate. He was very professional and did exactly what we needed. But in addition, he very kindly pointed out other minor plumbing things that I could do myself to improve life of my system (even helped me find materials on Amazon). I think it a scam, had me to come to this location, i went before, and the same people was acting as if they were looking for work, they are working together, do not give your bank information, go buy a prepaid card, they will tell you a prepaid card will not work, if bank you give your bank information, they going will rob you blind, BEWARE, FOR REAL,,, i believe when come out they was real, but business is at standstill, so now i believe, that it a scam, trying to get people bank information. I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
