I am grateful to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC for doing the quick fixes in my house. I just moved into a new home with leaking sinks that were supposed to have been fixed by a handyman. These plumbers came and did the repair work so good that it all looked brand new.

I have worked with Chicagoland Plumbing for over 10 years and they are always responsive, communicate well and have fair pricing. Edwin and his crew are one of the best plumbers to work with in the Chicago and surrounding areas.

Warning this place charges by the hour not the job. They took advantage and charged me thousands of dollars when I needed emergency labor. Do not use them. I recently needed more plumbing work for a different non emergency project and after getting more quotes I received a free hour estimate and a reasonably fixed price for the work. when I asked them about doing work they tried to charge me extra to come out in the snow and the operator Ray was extremely rude. Please beware they are a rip off and I would def never use them again.

When my family and I moved in to our new house we were unaware that there would be a host of plumbing issues that required immediate attention. I called around to get quotes and not only did these guys give me the best price but Mike was the guy who actually took the time to explain what was going on and lay out all my options clearly so we could come up with a plan that worked for us and our budget. I will use these guys anytime something comes up with my house and it’s old, old pipes. Friendly, professional, honest; for someone like me who knows nothing at all about plumbing I needed to have someone I can trust to usher me through these issues as they came up. Mike has been and will be my guy if/when anything comes up again but since his last visit everything has been working perfectly. When our bath pipeline exploded, Mike was able to reach our apartment in less than 20 minutes. It was amazing. Super fast and reliable service. This service is worth every penny.

Over the course of several visits due to a misbehaving tankless water heater (domestic water and radiant heat combo boiler) Sam was, impressively, always on time. Correctly diagnosed a faulty part, ordered and replaced same (fixing domestic hot water issue) and also diagnosed bad radiant heat circulation pump. But first Sam brought in a capable electrician to test connections and switches on pump’s circuit which led to discovery that power to the circuit had been disconnected at the main electrical service panel. Sam’s electrician fished new wires to a new dedicated circuit breaker and cleaned up a bad switch. Now, with power connection confirmed, Sam could conclusively determine the pump was out of order and replaced the pump swiftly. Problems solved: I have unlimited hot water and my basement floors are warm again. Sam knows plumbing and did an excellent job for me. I will not hesitate to call him in the future with any and all plumbing issues.

Fraudulent. Illegitimate and Not Sorry About it at all. Buyer Beware

They will not honor their warranty. They will take advantage of your emergency situation and diagnose non-working repair suggestions that you don't need, like: $1,500 hydro-jetting, when all you need is a simple rod at $450. They will not talk about it with civility over the phone. They will be rude and indignant. They will not take any responsibility for a mis-diagnosis and they will make a mountain of excuses as to why nothing is their fault. This company should take more honor in their work, but they likely won't. Therefore, until then, save your pockets and save your time by going with another firm

I've used Moody plumbing for more than 3 years now and every time they have done things perfectly- Joe and his team definitely know what they are doing and I wouldn't consider using anyone else for any of my properties. It's a huge plus to actually have a plumber come out and you know it's going to fixed or replaced correctly everytime.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!

Please avoid them not professional at all and they riped people off we have been there customer for past 12 years but not any more I will not recommend to anybody please avoid that
