These people are the epitome of shady plumbers. A repair had to be conducted in a hurry and someone less knowledgeable had to supervise it and they saw $ signs and took advantage of the situation. Charged $850 to replace a shower cartridge and a toilet mechanism - $50 of parts and 30 minutes of work for them. Refused to provide a detailed invoice (that I needed for reimbursement). Actually did not use the right shower cartridge the first time, but hid it and charged the money anyway. Only when I called them out on it, since the shower did not work right, they came back to fix the shower for real. Avoid, unless you want to be ripped off by a couple of shady characters.

Mr. Burris is the BEST! He was able to tell me what my problem was in 15 minutes. He also shared his knowledge with me. I would recommend him to any one looking for a knowledgeable at a reasonable price.

Just had Andersen Plumbing out to my home due to a clogged drain. East scheduling, prompt service within days, and definitely on time and very professional. Reggie came and diagnosed the issue to be coming from the drain out to our catch basin. Of course the clog was not a simple clog, but Reggie got it taken care of and did a wonderful job. Will definitely call Andersen Plumbing if any other issues arise. I am so glad we have found a local neighborhood company.

My under sink hot water dispenser quit working. After receiving an outrageously high quote from another plumbing company (Bishop Plumbing rates are beyond ridiculous - about 4X) , I was lucky enough to find Apex. The owner answered the phone and dispatched someone for the next day. The next day was a huge snow storm, but they followed up first thing in the morning and actually showed up while most of the city was shut down. John, the technician did a great job, was very personable and the fee was very reasonable. This is the way it should work!

We called on a Thursday evening and Friday morning Matt was here with our new water heater. It was not easy, but he did it and we have hot water. I highly recommend Full Circle. We are very happy. Thank you, Matt.

Great Service
I called Mike after hearing about him from a neighbor. I had a different neighbor let me know about a leak into her unit. I set up a time for him to come by and take a look. He showed up on time, wore gloves while he worked and was able to confirm the “O” ring needed to be replaced. He was done in under an hour! He then checked to make sure it filled and flushed properly. I highly recommend.

Couldn’t understand the problem in my kitchen, until the pros showed me where it was clogging. Fixed the kitchen drain line.

Great Service. Great Response Time. Reasonable Pricing. They have done several projects for me and knocked out of the park every time.

I had Adam and another representative in my home on 5.11 to inspect possible leaks from a letter I received from the City. Adam and the other rep did a great job, I paid them, and I thought our positive experience ended there. On Saturday, 5.16 I went to my basement to get my BBQ materials, (which happened to also be the place where Adam and the rep inspected for possible leaks and were left unattended for an extended period) and I found that my lighter fluid bottles were missing. I couldn't believe that it could have been Adam or the other rep, so I spent an hour looking and finally concluded that it was indeed gone and that Adam and the rep have been the only ones in my home since the purchase of the lighter fluid and the March 17th stay-at-home order. Captain Rooter was very responsive to the complaint, but I didn't appreciate that the manager tried to argue with me over the lighter fluid reimbursement. I did receive my reimbursement, but wont be hiring this company again simply because I cannot ensure the honesty and integrity of the reps they send out. I mean who steals lighter fluid!

They came out promptly just after a 5-6 am phone call and inspected the issue. While we get the building owners approval for repairs the plumber was kind enough to let us know which facilities we could still use. I than them for their kindness prompt response, professionalism and especially honesty. Thank you

Normally I don't write reviews but I was so pleased with Juan and his team. They did a fantastic job with helping us fix our water heater that's been broken for the past month. Not only was the price reasonable, but Juan also took the time to explain to me how the water heater works just in case I come across any problems in the future. Very reliable people who keep their word, I highly recommend them!
