Andrew (Tech #1005) was outstanding at diagnosing the issue and worked very professionally to fix the problem. The customer service at Roto-Rooter is excellent, as they were able to send him out in a very timely fashion.

Best plumbing company I’ve met to date. Their prices are on the higher end of the market, but it’s matched by the quality of their work and their professionalism. Very intelligent and practiced workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to ensure their job is in good hands.

This company lives up to their name that’s for sure! My fiancé and I were experiencing a backup washer issue where it was causing the sink to overflow! Water everywhere on the floors, I called this company on a Saturday night and wow were they able to get to my home Immediately! Prices were much less than other competitors like Roto rooter, ABC Plumbing and Rocket Plumbing! I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial if we experience another issue! Great team, great company. Turns into very happy customers!!

We have NOTHING but phenomenal things to say regarding Burris and Sons HVAC And Plumbing. Our air went out on Memorial Day and we called the office at approximately 2:00pm. Mr. Burris himself showed up at our door at 2:35pm ready to diagnose the problem and find the solution. He was professional, kind, patient and focused. He thoroughly explained the issue and gave us various options regarding a solution. Our home was completely cool within 35 minutes of his arrival. We highly recommend Burris and Sons without reservation and will ALWAYS use them for our HVAC needs.

We had Mike out this morning to repair our sump pump. Basically an emergency plumbing issue that couldn’t wait. He was prompt, fast and explained everything in detail. We are now back up and running! Thank you!

John was great from the beginning. Before we even hired him, I sent John some pictures of some work my neighbor was having done very close to my property line and John came out that day to make sure the other company wasn't interfering with anything on my end and he was actually able to get the city inspector over the same day just to double check the neighbors work as well. As far as my work goes, John and his guys did amazing work. Only took them 2 days to finish installing a flapper(parital flood control system) in my front yard. I would 100% recommend John @ Loves Plumbing and Sewer. I am actually going to hire him again soon to install plumbing for a new bathroom in our basement.

Had water coming from bathtub spout going down the wall. The spout had a crack and was replaced. Later that day I go in to fine water dripping from new spout. Job half done and wanted me to pay extra to complete what should have been fixed for first time

I am pleased with the services I have received to date from Full Circle Plumbing. I had hired a general contractor that was paid to do work and did not complete it. Matt and Eddy not only did the work that wasn't done, they were professional and completed my work for a fair price which allowed.

Terrible service! They scheduled my service 4 days out and after I took off work and had all of my tenants be available to open up for them they canceled an hour after my service was scheduled and had the nerve to try to reschedule the job for the following week as if it isn’t work that needs to get done ASAP. I will never use them again!
