Sam responded very quickly to my request to repair a leaky shower faucet that was quite old. I was able to send him photos so that he could source the replacement part. Ive had 3 different plumbers over the last year come out and trouble shoot our water pressure issues. No solution offered was under $4k and some were as high as $30k+. Excellent service and honest dealing, going well beyond expectations.

We stumbled on to 4S Plumbing unwittingly through a referral from another plumber that wasn't able to help us. It was a happy accident though. Our plumber Tim was not only professional but an all-around nice guy who was happy to answer questions and look at other plumbing and leak issues around the house.

Tim had come to replace a kitchen faucet, but by the end of the visit our jammed garbage disposal was working and our previously useless upstairs bath had water pressure. Except for the faucet, these were all relatively simple fixes that a less scrupulous plumber could have easily have used to run up the bill. At the end of the day, half of our household maintenance list was checked off, and our bill was less than $400.

As for the backend, Bill responded immediately to our call, scheduling Tim's visit within a few hours. Billing was prompt, and all labor and parts charges were clearly delineated in an email receipt, which we were able to pay online.

In short, 4S is prompt, professional, modern and above all incredibly honest.
