Best Home Inspections in Chicago IL

This is my second time working with their plumbing team. Every part of the experience was professional, easy and well done. They charge fairly for their quality work. Meaning it’s not cheap, because it’s not shoddy work. That said, they are not price gouging. They present multiple options and are open to working with you.

Jan and George have done 5 different jobs for me at a couple different places that I've lived: (1) Fix and replace a leaking toilet flange that someone else improperly installed before I bought my condo, (2) Replaced my leaking water heater (3) Replace a leaking shower valve as well as old supply lines to the valve + install new quarter-turn shutoffs, (4) install a new zero-freeze exterior hose bib plus an interior quarter-turn shutoff to the hose bib and (5) replace leaking sewage pipes.

Every single job was done with a very high level of detail. When these guys sweat pipes, every joint is perfect. They clean off residual flux after they make connections. They properly anchor pipes in walls so there is no movement in the pipes when you open and close valves. They route pipes and install shutoff valves where there is easy access to the valves... etc etc. Of all the tradesman that I've hired to do work on my current or previous homes, I probably trust these guys more than anyone else to do exceptional, high-quality work on every job.

Edwin has helped us twice, both with urgent situations. Once with a sump pump issue and the second was a hot water heater issue. Edwin was responsive, knowledgeable, calm, and honest. We knew we were in good hands the first time we met him. We’d highly recommend him to anyone!

Matt did a huge and messy job for us on very short notice. Due to the urgency of our situation, he cleared his schedule to allow more time to complete it. Matt finished up while we were out of town, and he both stayed in contact with us and was a true professional in regards to accessing our home while we were not there. Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional at every step. We are hugely grateful for his work and plan to refer him to everyone we know. He is the best.

Cant go wrong with Andrew! He replaced our buildings hot water tank. Very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and overall customer service. And to top it off after shopping it around he had the most competitive price. We will definitely use Andrew again for our future plumbing needs.

I called plumbing technician Josh from RODDING ROOTER To rodd out my main line and he did a marvelous job he unclog the lines and he changed all my old galvanized water line pipes with new copper blue type heavy-duty water lines I had an a friend that is a city inspector come over to check it and he said that Josh did a great job. Price Was Affordable Josh Was Responsible and Respectful. I will hire this company again and recommend rodding rooter to Friends and family
