True to my word I called John Baethke & Son Plumbing for the next plumbing job I had. This time I was helping my friend who happens to be 90 because his building has recently re-piped and he can now have a washer dryer in his condo unit.

I was able to get a next day appointment and Nathan from John Baethke came out and determined what work will need to be done within my friend's unit to install a washer driyer. Previous to his arrival the office called and gave me 45 minutes warning when the technician would arrive and Nathan came on time and insisted in putting on shoe-covers to walk around the apartment. He was curteous and took notes on what we told him, snapped photos and since we did not have blueprints Nathan took the time to describe the various scenarios the plumber might encounter depending on where the piping was in the walls.

Nathan said he would likely be able to turn around a proposal by sometime next week.

Cormac came to my house to give me a quote on installing a new hot water heater and he was terrific. Cormac is obviously very knowledgable and he did a great job of selling John Baethke & Son Plumbing's service. The quote was higher than the other ones I received but I felt if I hired them, it would be well worth the expense. Because I am currently between jobs, we decided to go with another well-rated company but will consider using John Baethke & Son Plumbing in the future.

We had to have Rotor Rooter come out a second time 30 days after the first. I have to say that our technician who is #2833 was so great. He did other things that the other technician didn't try and explained to us why this was happening and what we could do to try and avoid this problem in the future. He was a very pleasant person to talk with and also very knowledgeable. I would most definitely be asking for this specific technician if we need to deal with this company in the future.

Great sewer expert. Our condo building needs regular service to our catch basin and drain system, which they normally do for us. We just had a sewer line break and a sinkhole was developing in our yard. Mike and Chris were able to fix quickly. They are very responsive.

So this place is sending “plumbers” who barely say anything when they arrive they just give you a dead stare and then throw out a quote showing price gauging. I’m shocked people like this even exists and get away … they send plumbers based on location so reviews are region specific.

I didn’t use them since their prices are ridiculous and excessively inflated

Quickly quoted an installed price on an instantaneous water heater. Price was competitive with other companies. They installed the heater the next business day. Came on time. Professional installation. Price that was quoted was the final price I paid. I could not be more pleased with the whole job.

I just finished with TJ coming out, on a Saturday, to fix my toilet. He is AMAZING!. He was very clean, quick, and personable. He also tolerated my nosey pets very well. The prices are reasonable, and he came out same day, very promptly. We will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.
