Jonathan responded right away after having an emergency issues with pump in basement. My old land lord recommended him. He was very knowledgeable and patient discussing options. Within 1hr Milton was in the property, took a quick look and started to replace the ejector pump. Showed us what he would do, answered all questions we had, and was very profesional with everything. At the end, parts and labor was half of what Roto Rooter was going to charge me and now I have a go to plumber that I will call back if I have any issues.

We have used Edwin and his crew several times before. He has been a straight shooter and reliable. He has responded quickly when an emergency came up. He has also been honest in setting expectations when the scope of work might be more complex or larger than we initially anticipated, to recommend an appropriate plan of action. I had some water leakage problems on a toilet in my Rogers Park Condo. I'm not home often and my roommate didn't know what to do. I contacted VanDerBosch as they had done a fantastic job for my partners home a few months back in Andersonville with fixing (2) sink leaks and replacement of some faucets all done at a reasonable price and relatively quick amount of time. Upon calling VanDerBosch, Lauren helped get me scheduled for a tech to come out within a couple hours. Upon arriving at my home, Joe, my technician, was able to figure out what the problem was and called me to explain what was happening and gave me a free quote on the spot. Since it was a minor fix and we had a temporary answer to our water leak problems, I chose not to have them do the work as I can do it myself but I know that I have a trusted guy that I can call on for any future problems. I feel confident in referring this plumbing company to others since I had a good experience and I have seen completion work performed at my partners home and the tech was polite, low pressure and the area was left clean. Matt was very helpful in explaining what I needed in my kitchen and the master bathroom. He told me I would need shut off valves in both kitchen and bathroom. After he was done with my kitchen and master bathroom I was very pleased. I would have Full Circle Plumbing back to my house because he does a great job. Darrin did an EXCELLENT job. He came over to fix the clogs in both my bathroom tub and sink as well as a drip in my kitchen faucet. He made sure to explain everything he was doing, did tests to make sure the job was completely done, and showed me everything making sure I was happy with the result. My kitchen faucet was so rusted that he had to cut it out but he took PICTURES to prove to my landlord that it was work that needed to be done. The tub was my biggest priority and its finally draining again and he made sure to be thorough. He was also extremely friendly and even chatted with me! Which is a HUGE plus for me when dealing with any specialty worker coming into my home. I felt super comfortable placing my trust in him and he is VERY good at what he does, I was beyond impressed. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
