We had a plumber by the name of Patricio! He was so professional and figured out the problem immediately. When he was done with the job he cleaned up the bathroom and left it like he was never even there. He was friendly and patient while I have a bunch of little ones running around! He comes highly recommended!

Great emergency service! Gas company shut our gas off due to a natural gas leak. We requested emergency service from Apex and they were at our house within 45 minutes. Plumber pressure tested the system, located the leak and made the repair. Apex had our gas and heat running in no time.

Chas came out to quote the cleaning of my catch basin. I had just experienced a clogged sewer that had to be rodded and I used a different company. The other company tried to back me into a corner and get me to commit to some costly repairs when I was in a desperate situation. I told Chas the story and he advised me on all my options. I could say a lot of bad things about the other company, but I will just say that I will call Apex for any future needs. Give them a call!

They came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem quickly without charging me an arm and a leg. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean and reasonable. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Savior and will use them again.

The young man who came was very nice. He did what we called him for. Our only complaint is that he charged us way too much. He charged $345. and it was just a blockage and he was done in no time. We did approve the amount but I checked 2 other plumbers and one was $155. and the second was $175. We need a couple of other things done, but we will not call them.

Company was assigned via my home warranty service. They came and assessed my water heater, and didn't give me any insight to the issue and just left and never got back to me! I eventually got hold of them 3 days later after leaving messages, texts and calls. when the owner spoke to me, they were so rude and believed they didn't owe me an update until they had spoken to the insurance company, not even just a basic diagnostic on what the issue was. i cancelled the work order and went to a more professional company!

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
