Goode Plumbing Plumber
Great experience. Calling Goode, I got a prompt answer and a quick appointment. When Jean-Paul and Matt showed up, they were friendly, professional, wearing PPE, and handled my dog with ease. They did a great job explaining everything to me and helping me understand the issue. They worked quickly and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend.

Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer LLC Plumber
Matt was very helpful in explaining what I needed in my kitchen and the master bathroom. He told me I would need shut off valves in both kitchen and bathroom. After he was done with my kitchen and master bathroom I was very pleased. I would have Full Circle Plumbing back to my house because he does a great job. I would recommend him to all my friends and to the people in my complex.

Sinks-N-Sumps Plumber
Dominic got out to my place same day (after I tried three other companies who had a wait). I was not sure what I would get, but he texted me on his way and arrived early. He was able to fix a kitchen sink supply line problem in less than an hour. He explained the problem, told me what the likely cause was, and suggested that a fix was cheaper and faster than a replacement. I trust Dominick and now I know I have a go-to plumber. Thanks Dominick!

Mikes Plumbing Chicago Plumber
We needed an emergency visit—noticed sewer water backing up into the basement today. I tried a few other companies—including both my usual plumber and our flood control system company—but no one else was available immediately.

I called Mike after seeing the other positive online reviews and I’m so glad I did! He was here within 15 minutes(!) and took care of the issue quickly and for as fair a price as the job could be done.

I have already saved his number and information and he will be my go-to guy for future plumbing issues.

Chicago Water Heater and Plumbing Specialist Plumber
Sam at Chicago Water Heater was responsive to my initial call even though it was in the evening and has done a great job remaining and upgrading our hot water heaters and sump system. He provided us solid recommendations based on our particular situation with no efforts to up-sell products we didn’t need.

A A Anthony's Plumbing & Sewer Plumber
After our DIY renovation required more plumbing work than we expected, we called Tony on a Saturday morning to give us an estimate on what it would take to get our project back on track. Tony made time that very afternoon. He gave us a detailed overview of what was required, including options that would keep our kitchen up to code and was able to come back the following Monday to complete the work. Tony is also a licensed electrician and agreed to take care of some electrical work, saving us the time and energy finding another person to help with our project. A few short days later, we're back on track and ready to move on with our renovation. We can't thank Tony enough!

Captain Rooter Emergency Plumbers Plumber
if i could give ZERO stars i would. plumber came in to check a leak, said it was a contractor/ tile seal issue- referred me to a contractor. contractor came in and replaced tile and re grouted our floor for 2k, 3 days later the leak is back, had to call another plumber and pay another 700 for work that could of been done the first time around if this company had of sent a competent worker. we paid 2000 for work that didnt need to be DONE.

4S Plumbing Companies, Inc Plumber
Horrible:
- Arrived very late. Service was scheduled for 10am, and they didn't arrive until 12pm. No time window was provided, either
- Unresponsive. The manager was supposedly always in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone
- Lack integrity. While the plumber was present and had already inspected the issue, I was told a repair would require switching a standard Chicago faucet. An hour later, the story was switched to needing a special order faucet

Diversey Plumbing and Sewer Plumber
I haven't seen a worst service of this kind ever. The entire staff is super-rude, especially the owner, they don't pick up the call and if they choose to call back, they take their own sweet time , sometimes 3-4 days. Then, the owner itself is not on the same page with their own plumber. In the end, they didn't do anything to fix the issue and eventually had to hire another plumbing service after wasting whole month with them.Avoid them as much as you can.

Reliable Plumbing & Sewer Service Inc Plumber
I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
