He followed all covid protocols & was so clean, with a tarp, face mask & even booties over his boots. He is experienced & knowledgeable. I’m so happy with my new faucet & shower head ? & hand sprayer?

Don't waste your day on these no-call no-shows.

I called in the morning with a very easy request that I explained perfectly and sent pictures for. The promised to come between noon and 1. They never showed nor called. I had to call them multiple times and they kept promising to come. Finally they would not call me back.

I am a general contractor and they wasted my whole day. I would have given them more work too.

Stay away unless you want to waste your day as well!!! Call another outfit who will show up and communicate.

5 stars! Plumber expert Mike Koonce quickly assessed the problem source of my basement drain that recently backed up, and rodded out my plugged sewer line. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding their craft. Very happy with the service I received and would certainly them again.

I Called Rodding Rooter they came out rodded my sink and bathtub. I am very pleased with the job they did. will use again if I ever need plumbing.

My water heater was leaking so I went through my home insurance to make a claim. Home insurance sends out these clowns. 4S plumbing reports back to my insurance that the water heater needs to be replaced and that I need $415 in other parts not covered by the insurance company. I wasn’t there when the new water heater got installed. They did replace the water heater but also made out with $415.
The tech told me the $415 was for labor. Scammers.
The insurance covers the labor. All I should of payed was the deductible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you do read good reviews it’s probably them that are writing them.
