Best Drain Rooter Service in Chicago IL

We were happy with the service Roto-Rooter provided. Our plumbing emergency unfortunately happened over Thanksgiving weekend and Yuri, the technician was timely, hardworking and friendly. He was able to locate the problem quickly and explain the process to us. I would recommend Yuri to others and we are happy we chose Roto-Rooter.#1195

We scheduled an appt almost 1 week in advance. The 2 hr time window was coming to an end and we hadn't heard so I reached out. I was told 3 times that they were 'on their way'. After the time window was up and still no one had arrived, I called again and was told they would be there soon. The 5th time I called someone finally told me that my job was assigned to someone who wasn't working that day and the manager would reach out to me in the morning to reschedule.

I ended up calling them twice in the morning and never heard back. To be non-responsive after having provided zero updates on the scheduled date of service is not acceptable.

Chris just left after replacing a sump pump that went out yesterday. I had emailed late last night, and had a response first thing this morning. This is the second time I've used Captain Rooter - the first was when a team replaced my Hot Water Heater on a Sunday night back in March. This time around, I didn't even call anyone else. They've earned my business moving forward.

I called plumbing technician Josh from RODDING ROOTER To rodd out my main line and he did a marvelous job he unclog the lines and he changed all my old galvanized water line pipes with new copper blue type heavy-duty water lines I had an a friend that is a city inspector come over to check it and he said that Josh did a great job. Price Was Affordable Josh Was Responsible and Respectful. I will hire this company again and recommend rodding rooter to Friends and family
