My condominium association has used Rocket Plumbing in the past with mediocre results. Not particularly responsive, but they got the job done in the end.
The last time out they told me I probably needed to replace a major pipe between two units in our building. They pulled the toilet out (so it couldn’t be used) then didn’t follow up as they promised to. After waiting for 2 weeks (it was a guest bathroom), I called another plumber who fixed the problem in less than an hour. It was a straight forward repair.
Beware, some folks at Rocket may be ok, but it seems like some of their workers are not above making up work to overcharge their customers. I contacted Rocket before leaving this review. After speaking with an employee and a dispatcher, the owner did not contact me before close of business that day (I was told he was on a job).

Rescue Plumbing fixed a problem for me that two other plumbers told me I would just have to live with....my garbage disposal was leaking into my dishwasher. Pete and Noah were quick and professional. I was a little doubtful at first. I had reached Power Plumbing through Plumbers911, and the overnight answering service they used was unhelpful and a little rude.

Luckily when Ray called back the next day, things were dramatically better. Bob was able to help out later that afternoon and was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and instructed me on how to do some basic servicing and repairs of my own. I'm glad I was able to find them, and I'll definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with this company! The lady who answers the phone was very nice, they were able to come to my home the same day and were even a little early, and the technician that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem ended up being a soft blockage so water was ran in shower and sink and toilet flushed several times and the problem was solved. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing! What a wonderful surprise! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that arise.

Outstanding! First time we encountered a clogged sewage or sewer. We called the company and in an hour Daniel came. Did a good job, He did not stop until He fixed the problem.
