Best Appliance Repair in Chicago IL
Amazing experience and team. Eugene and team were prompt, dealt with me over something like 30 emails, and were super knowledgeable. Took the time to explain when they hit a hiccup and how much extra it would be, and took the time to try to find a replacement versus installing a brand new faucet. They did my faucet and a whole house filter and were very reasonably priced and brought 3 people to get it done quickly!

I've been through 4 plumbers since moving to Chicago and have never been happy with the service or quality until I met these guys. Alex and his team did a great job, were very courteous, found the problem, explained the options and the process clearly and then fixed it very professionally. You can CLEARLY see the HIGH quality of work these guys do vs the 4 other experiences I've had. Heartily recommend Rob West Plumbing! Save yourself some time, heartache, and money by giving them a call.

They came out on a Sunday and fixed my problem quickly without charging me an arm and a leg. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean and reasonable. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Savior and will use them again.

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

I live in a condo unit that has good bones but has never been updated - ever. So the first step was to update the electrical system. Nate was one of a few electricians I met with to find out what was needed and estimate the cost. He made some really good observations, checked out the existing panel and submitted an the estimate that worked for my budget.
He started the following week with another electrician, Graham, and, for about a half day with Christian. … I’m not even sure what they did but Nate, Graham, and Christian, worked over a day and a half on the project. In the end, there was a new, upgraded electrical panel, wires pulled for several outlets and switches. They installed an outlet for a dryer, another for a microwave, light switches with dimmers, GFCI switches, under cabinets lights.
These guys were great!
Unfortunately drywall will cover all the work.
The drywall repairs will be straight forward because the openings were cleanly cut. They covered counters and appliances with plastic, cleaned the workspace each day and took their waste with them.
They were respectful, careful, deliberate, and pleasant to work with. I had a chance to talk to the Darryl, the owner, at the end of the job who was as respectful and professional as the crew that worked in my condo.
This was a great experience and I’m very happy with the outcome!

I used chorerelief app to get some home renovations. Summer time is perfect time to remodel a unit and place it in the market; but also pretty tough market to find contractors. Thanks to this app I felt like I had options and I didn’t have to pay a premium just because I am on a hot season. Not only I got a great service but also pretty good damn deal. I highly recommend chorerelief.

We really like Fix It People! Taylar P, Mike M and Amie made the estimate and scheduling an easy process. We had a room painted, some trim work repaired, a few outlets added and ceiling light replaced. The turnaround time was within in a week. Specifically, Roger (electrician), Enrique (painter) and Mark (painter) did a great job!

Shoddy workmanship and customer service, you get what you pay for. They will mess something up inevitably and good luck getting them to fix it. They have many company names and several complaints with the BBB. I just wish I would have known that before I used them. BIG MISTAKE!

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn’t fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it?. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What??? No responsibility or just saying, “we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it...So frustrating. Unbelievable!!
