Best Video Camera Inspection in Chesapeake VA

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

Tech was good. On time. Job took longer than expected as tech ran into problems due to age of plumbing. Had to call them back next day, but issue was corrected quickly and efficiently.

Jim, Robert and Jay were absolutely outstanding. Jim's initial response was above and beyond and exceptionally fast, enabling our needed plumbing issue to be surveyed and dealt with immediately. From there, Jay arrived on scene and he and his team wsstew zero time getting to work. He and Robert, the project manager, ensured to be in constant communication with me and kept me apprised of the status and process. Great, great work by all, and would highly recommend to anyone!

We have used Mr. Rooter twice and both time have been a wonderful experience. The guys are professional, hard working, and get the job done right. I will definitely call them again for anything that might come up and would recommend to any of my friends. Can’t say enough good things. Also reasonably priced compared to other plumbing companies we have used in the past.

I have been using Roto-Rooter services since 2008 and I am extremely satisfy with their #1 Service. Come in same day I call, get estimate and if I agree then they move on with the job. If not they happily leave with no charge for estimate. They give me different substantial discounts on multiple jobs and best of all, each job is guaranteed. What else can I ask for. oh, yes they clean up the mess too. When there is no man in the house, then there is Roto-Rooter!

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Sean was the quickest plumber in the area to respond. Before he even came out he gave me a bunch of advice on how it worked and what I could try to fix it myself and it worked. Ended up saving me $250-$450 over what other plumbers were telling me. He has my future business.
