Best Septic Tank Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

Tech 2181 Joe and Tech 4449 Kriston were very professional and very knowledgeable, they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve my plumbing issue! I would definitely call on them again for future plumbing needs!

We contracted with them to make the final connection for sinks and faucets after countertops were replaced throughout our home. They did not come prepared with towels to keep the work area clean and they did not clean up afterwards thus leaving the workspace dirty.

We noticed that the ice maker in the kitchen which stopped working immediately after they finished their work so we had to arrange for a follow up visit.
They discovered that there was nothing wrong with their connections and still charged us $65 for a travel fee. I requested that they waive the fee in light of them following up on previous work.

After I told them that I was unhappy with their service and would be writing an unfavorable review, I was told that the fee would be waived if I wrote a favorable review on the spot and showed it to the technician for confirmation. I obviously declined.

Big thank you to the crew at One Stop Plumbing! We have been through two other companies in the last 30 days and One Stop had it together. Very professional and great to work with from the woman in the office scheduling to the crew and owner A+ company. My family gives you all a big thank you. You are appreciated especially in this heat.

Excellent service. I had a severely clogged sink that I was unable to unclog. I called Roto-Rooter Norfolk around 9:00 AM and got an appt for the afternoon. I got a call about 30 minutes prior to the plumber's arrival. Brad was our plumber and he was great. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He quickly cleared the clog and gave me good information on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for plumbing problems.
