After getting the run around by another plumber. Premier plumbing helped us out the same day I called. They're professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. They are everything I could ask for in a plumber. I'd definitely use them again.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

Our water heater went out after the storm. We have an infant in the home so I called in and they had me scheduled for an appointment same day. They diagnosed the problem right away. Despite needing a part and having to come back, the installation was completed in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional and efficient. It’s almost unusual nowadays to experience that. Thanks to all the office staff and also the techs (Pat Burns, Pat Me and Justin Dix).

I now have a new plumber!!! Yaaay!!! One Stop Plumbing was very knowledgeable. There was no time wasted in accessing the problem quickly and taking care of it. Over 17 years of experience was definitely exhibited. I feel comfortable calling them for any other plumbing needs if I have them in the future. Also, I will refer them to anyone that needs a plumber!
