My service technician was great.

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

Our water heater was leaking which we found out at night on 11/02 - not a fun thing to come home to. On 11/03, Drew from A1 Sewer and Drain came to our house at around 11 am very quick and professional service. He inspected our water heater and determined that it was broken - it was 11 years old. He was able to find and install a new water heater same day - which was so amazing! Highly recommend using them for services as their customer service and response time is outstanding! Thank y’all so much.

Paul & crew always do a great job for us! I bought a country place that needs some TLC and remodeling so they put in some new faucets back in November, checked a 20 yr old dishwasher that was never used... and works great (its an impressive antique and great family conversation piece). Had some leaky/running outside faucets and our shower was pouring too. The handles are literally so old that we were gonna have to replace the parts with an RV work around, lol. My tub had a slow drip from the hot water for years...I had someone else come and fix it in October and the leak returned a week later. Another company told me they were going to have to cut my wall out (i cried) so I left the slow drip until this past Friday I could not get my hot water in the tub to turn off at all. I called Jim Bertolino on Friday night and he was out there early Saturday morning. Jim took the time to explain and show me why it was dripping (first plumber from a different company put the wrong cartridge on and no holes were cut in my wall). I can't thank Jim Bertolino and his company enough for the outstanding work they did. This company went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right. I will never ever use any other plumbing company besides this one again. Thanks guys.
