The 2 technicians that came to work on my tub faucet were very nice and professional. They fixed a very leaky tub faucet that was gushing a lot of water. They explained what they did and the further work needed. The biggest thing I felt was they were not there to cheat me. I've been cheated or tried to cheat, so I'm always apprehensive when I need work done. These guys were very good and I thank them and will be contacting Michael & Son in the future. Excellent!!
