After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Brandon came out to check why my shower was clogging. Instead of snaking it or checking the pipes he just ran the water for 20 minutes and said nothing we can do, you just have an old house. And then quoted me almost $5,000 to replace all the pipes under my house. After that I still had to pay the $200 service fee. Waste of time and money, went to Michael and Sons for a second opinion and they were able to fix my issue same day. Don't waste your time with A-1. Their quality has gone down significantly.Edit as of 9/11- Candice from A1 reached out and was able to refund me the cost for the service fee which is appreciated and starts rebuilding the trust that was lost.

Eric T was very pleasant, professional and informative. He answered our questions and explained what he had done and what the problem was. He was very neat and cleaned everything up before he left.

Tony and Son repaired the leak coming from the toilet using high quality parts that made it work better than it ever has! Tony also installed a new sink very efficiently, even when he had to work around a very tricky vanity configuration. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I will certainly use Tony and Son again.

Even though they could not get the camera in because of how small the pipe area is, they recommended we try other plumber's and at no charge. He made some suggestions on probably what it might be.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

This company came highly recommended to me however I've had other people recommend plumbers before and only had subpar work done. That was not the case with Norfolk Plumbing. Mike was my plumber. He called and was right on time. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. He walked me through every step. He was quick and so nice. I thought i would have to pay a fortune but that wasn't the case. The price was great and shockingly affordable. Mike even helped me with an unexpected plumbing issue that happened as he was leaving. My water heater recently let go late in the evening. After much research, I called Jim Bertolino and Son Plumbing.

Mr. Bertolino and his son (Jimmy) we’re complete professionals! They showed up on time, placed cloth tarps on my wooden floor, and explained everything.

When I look for a service there are four areas I look for before making the call -1. Reviews - positive and negative, 2. BBB rating, 3. Local companies that provide 24/7 services, 4. Price factor for the quality of products used. This company checked all of my areas of interest without even making the initial call.

When I spoke to Mr. Bertolino himself, I was quite pleased with his openness and willingness to explain his background and company history. Initially I had to leave a message and he called me back within the ten minutes his voice mail message advertised. Impressive!

After the greeting introductions, I launched into to my next three points for the product he offers (Rheem water heaters) - I look for 1. efficiency, 2. quality, and 3. longevity of the product. Again my checkpoints were met. We even talked plumbing codes and about the competition between our favorite MLB ⚾️ teams (Bosox/Nyc the other guys...😎). Yes, I still liked his offer.
Service request objectives met - contract issued!

Another plus - Mr. Bertolino and his son cleaned up continuously throughout the installation of a new water heater and took the old water heater with them - as advertised. I now have hot water again and look forward to saving the $15-18 per month with my new efficient water heater. Thank you Bertolino and Son Plumbing!!
