Best Line Camera Inspection in Chesapeake VA

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

Greg Stevenson was our technician and he was very courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done in order to fix the leaking pipe. He called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way to the house. The price was very reasonable and the pipe was repaired immediately. I would highly recommend using this company.

I had a total emergency in my bathroom with water spraying all over the place. It was Saturday and I was sure I would have to pay an extra fee for a weekend call. I found out that you all don't charge extra fees for that! That's completely different than other plumbers.The plumber came in, very professional and friendly and took a look at what the issue was. While it took a while for him to figure it out (it's an old house and the pipes are original), he stuck with it, went down to one of the hardware stores and got the parts that he needed and finished up within 30 minutes. He also took his time and checked for leaks several times before he left.I've had y'all out before for other things and I don't hesitate to call or make my appointment online when I need some plumbing work done or my drains fixed.

I found Mr. Rooter through Yelp after calling two other plumbing places to get a quote and time frame in which someone could come out.

I had a washer installed but the delivery guy couldn't get the hot water hose off the valve and advised I call a plumber to help so nothing gets damaged. The water in my house is apparently very hard and the hose was REALLY old (19ish years) so the hot water hose had fused to the valve.

Mr. Rooter was able to send a technician out a couple of hours after I called (all other places I called said maybe late Friday, but likely early Monday) which was great!

My technician's name is Zane Albrecht. He was incredibly personable, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional and polite.

If I have any plumbing issues or plumbing needs in the future, Mr Rooter will be the first company I call and I will request Zane Albrecht every time!

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Ryan D. has been to my house twice in the past year. Last summer I called Atomic Plumbing on a Sunday night due to a leaking water heater. Ryan arrived first thing the next morning and finished up around 6pm. The job took awhile because plumbing codes have changed a lot over the years and when he finished everything was better than ever.Almost exactly one year later the service line from the street sprung a leak inside a wall in the garage. Within about 30 minutes after speaking with Atomic Plumbing on the phone Ryan was here to look and quote the job. Since I had already exposed the leaking pipe by removing some sheetrock he had the water restored within an hour. I can't say how Atomic pricing compares to other companies. When my water goes down I just want it fixed and don't spend time comparing prices. I do intend to call Atomic Plumbing if there is a next time.q

This is an awesome company. It is very rare you find a business with all the great things you want while having work done in your home. This is that business! They are honest, fair, extremely knowledgeable in many aspects of construction, and have a very good crew of employees.

Even though they could not get the camera in because of how small the pipe area is, they recommended we try other plumber's and at no charge. He made some suggestions on probably what it might be.

Great family business. Installed an outdoor shower and new indoor shower fixtures. Showed up on time, kept their work areas clean and minimized disruptions to my family. Highly recommend.

Terrance and Preston were the best tag team to have responded to my emergency call. We had a clogged sink that became a need to have both of them to help. The teamwork witnessed was amazing. Not only did they both arrived timely the collaboration demonstrated was so professional and genuine. From this point on I will always call Roto-Rooter. I hope to be able to get them again.
