SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

As a new homeowner, I called my gtb father-in-law when we had a water leak, figuring he’d know of a good plumber in Virginia Beach to help us. We took his advice to call Rob Bertolini Plumbing & Heating without question and were almost shocked when Jason and Tony exceeded all of our expectations. They were downright professional. After the fact, I checked out the company’s website and thought that everything listed in their “Why Hire Us” section rang true. Thank you guys and especially to Jason, who also let us know of other services they provide, so we now know who to call in the future for various heating/plumbing needs!

Our water heater broke and was leaking all over our garage the night before a party we were hosting. Jim answered immediately, came within the hour with a new one and replaced it. Great customer service! He even came back later on because he thought something looked a little funny on one of the pipes. We will definitely be using Jim again, he even had treats for our dog!
