We have a commercial multi tenant property where the lines needed to be jetted. Brandon was the man for the job. He knew exactly what he needed to do and was extremely thorough and hands on until the job was completed. He explained the situation to us and answered every question we had while fixing the backed up lines. This was not an easy job snd Brandon handled it with knowledge and professionalism. I know we will be using them again in the future for any of our plumbing needs and will recommend to all of my colleagues.

Bill Martin came to my house and change my indoor and outdoor unit. Him and his assistant Moris gave me and my wife the best service and price around town. We highly recommend him to everyone.

We recently had two Min-split units on our second floor installed by Smith and Keene and i have to say it was a Ten Star rated service and installation.

Starting with the salesman Chris Outten who not only provided a very competitive price but lent us a window AC unit to use in one of our bedrooms while we were waiting for the units to ordered come in. The Heat indexes that week in July were averaging around 110 degrees.

The installation was provided by Alex and Grant two young men that have restored our faith in the Millennial generation. They were always on time, respectful, courteous, hardly ever took a break, neat, cleaned up after the job, and performed a complicated installation and completed it with in the time frame they quoted and made sure all the units were working properly before they left.

We also had a new electric panel installed as part of the installation. This was performed by their electricians Sam and Tyler. Again they arrived on time, were courteous, completed the installation within the time quoted, cleaned up after the job was complete, and made sure all the electricity was working before they left.

My Wife and I thought this was the best service and installation we have ever experienced and we have experienced many over the years. We would highly recommend Smith and Keene to anyone looking for HVAC services.

I wanted to compliment Buds crew who installed a new a/c unit and a furnace reinstall. Brice, Johnathan & Andre were the crew that did the job and did an excellent job.. SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

Excellent fast service for a water heater replacement. I was happy to patronize this vet owned business. Owner is very experienced, responsive and knowledgeable.
