Mr. Chad Tisdale is a knowledgeable and professional service tech. He made us feel at ease and explained everything so we could understand. He is also one of the most curteous Russel Reps. that we have met. God bless you Chad! The Stacy Family

Everyone involved in the installation of my Rheem heating and air system were very professional, friendly and did an excellent job from the time they arrived until the last piece of debris was removed. Very pleased with their work. Roy Leary

Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B. Parker if you want it done right!

On 7/18/12, Darrell came to fix a leak in toilet cut-off valve. He inspected the leak, went back out to his truck and came back later with a work order to replace emergency cutoff sweat angle stop with limited access with a standard book rate of $732.10. He then proceeded to come up with various discounts that brought the price down to $409.39. (Still obscene!) We told him no thanks, and paid the $78.00 service charge.
We called another plumber who came the next day. He tightened the compression nut on the cutoff valve, and since it was such an easy job (about 10 minutes top) asked if there was anything else I might need done. Told him one toilet was not flushing well, he checked and chiseled out a lot of calcium build-up that had accumulated. Total charge $125.00! Needless to say, we would never recommend A-1!!!!
If A-1 has a problem finding the Contract, the # was 72879, dated 7/18/12.

I have a new construction. They installed everything. About 1.5yrs later a capacitor went out (usually lasts 5 - 10yrs). They came by right away and made it right. Rock on guys.
