Been using Tidewater Plumbing and Heating for many years. Bill Martin and his crew are honest and reliable. Couldn't say anything bad about this company

Tried to make an appointment twice. Both times was on hold for over 10 minutes. I moved onto the next company.

They did a super job of installing a complete system as well as duct work! Very professional and pleasant and hard working. Nice work! Love our new system! Would highly recommend!

AC went out when temps were over 100 this past summer. The rep came out that same day of my call, I knew this was the best company for my needs. They were here on the second day with AC/Heating/Ducts. It was a full day's work for the crew. They were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. Mr. Styron was most understanding when unexpectantly the funds took a few days to arrive. I must say I am impressed with this company AND have benefitted with a much lower electric and gas bill! I am now on a yearly maintenance program with Styron.. You need to call them. Thank you Mr. Styron!

I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! Will definitely be using their services again he did a great job put everything back and his prices are reasonable!!! Couldn’t ask for anything better thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I called first thing this morning. They told me they would be here today. At the end of the day they told me they would be here in the morning. If someone can't believe them today what makes them think anyone would believe them tomorrow? Grand Daddy always told me a man is only as good as his word. I reckon that goes for businesses also...

Worst company ever. Only been in my newly built house for 3 years and have had multiple issues with A/C unit, leaks, and now tankless water heater.
