The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

This service was performed very professionally and quickly. Would not have used if I had longer to stay here with my daughter. I felt that we were over charged for the amount of time it took to fix the drain 272.00 especially when all that was used was putty.

We used Mr. Rooter Plumbing to assess a leak on the shut off valve of our bathroom vanity. Sam came to our house on time for a free consultation. He was clear and concise about the estimate and competed the work in the same visit after we went over the estimate! Would highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs!

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Daniel and Mario did an excellent job in remodeling the 2 bathrooms. They were very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of work we received. Robert was very efficient. I showed him the issue, he knew right off the bat how to fix it. He was very professional, kept me informed and completed the job at hand (even through a tropical storm!)

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
