The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

The service person, Justin did not do a proper analysis and review of our sewer issue that cause backup problems within our home. He briefly went under the house, left our enclosed crawl space door open, then made an assumption that our sewer line was in the front of the house without dropping a camera through sewer vent pipes. He broke our porch post lights and dig up a little in our front yard to try to find our sewer line. He then made an assumption and said that they would have to tear up our front yard, our sidewalk and possibly our fro porch railings and only patch it up. They gave an estimate of the work that included excavation that was 3.5 times more than the average price of a two-way clean out. He left without doing the work of clearing out our sewer line blockage that made using my of our bathrooms in the house. I immediately called another company and they gave us details of how they would review the issue. They unblocked our line and came back to do an extensive review and found our sewer line went to the rear of the house and not the front. Really disappointed.

I just moved in my new house to find out there were draining issues..it was so devastating..but Adam from Roto Rooted was amazing. He gave me my options and his professionalism was impeccable . Now I can enjoy my new home..my new laundry room and my new life in Hampton! THANK YOU ADAM!

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We bought a house from the 60s with a combination of original and do-it-yourself patchwork plumbing. These guys can identify what's wrong, explain a range of options, and get the work done FAST. And they do a great job. They're flexible and won't upcharge you. It's no surprise they're booked so far out.
