Zach came through, climbed into my attic, determined the problem with my attic fan, consulted with me on the available fixes, gave me a few quotes, didn't haggle or anything like that, and once we decided to go with Get Lit, fixed the issue in about hour. Not sure what else you'd want in a service.

Quinn and his partner came a day early after having a cancellation, and were very friendly, fast and efficient. I highly recommend their services!

Appointment time was missed by about 45 mins (only reason not giving 5 stars) but once James got here he cleaned out the clog within an hour and was very pleasant to work with.

On Thanksgiving Eve after hours 900pm Drain Masters came to my home to trouble shoot my heating issue!!I have an Apollo system with this type of heating system my home is heated by the hot water heater. They are very professional,experienced plumbers!! My home is warm the heat is fixed right!!

My family has been using A B Parker & Son for the past 40 or so years. They installed the heating system and the plumbing in my parents' house, and have been there for them over the years. When I moved out and into my own home, I continued to use their services. A B Parker & Son is a small, locally owned business. Unlike the chain businesses, you get to know them personally and you form a bond with them. But they are still very professional, extremely competent, and resonably priced. This past New Year's Day, I was out of town and a friend called me to tell me that my 90 year old father had no heat. I called Mr. Parker and asked if he could call my father to find out what was going on. My father had heat by the end of the day. A B Parker & Son is the absolute best!!

I had a kitchen sink draining very slowly/backed up that I had tried to snake myself with no luck. I contacted Bay Breeze late on a Wednesday night and they messaged me back saying they could be out Friday afternoon. I had told initially them it wasn't an emergency, but the backup got worse later, and I asked if they could make it out to me the next day. They said they would try to do so, and they DID. The tech who was helping me was Justin and this guy is the best. He called me multiple times to update me on arrival time and was just super friendly and professional. He had my issue resolved in about an hour. While telling Justin that I was so happy to find a plumber that I could trust, he spoke highly of Robin, the owner and of the company. This is rare. I am grateful to have found these guys (shout out to YELP). I already have another job coming up that I will be using Bay Breeze for. Five stars for this company. Very pleased.

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

These guys do a GREAT job! They are reasonably priced and always been professional and timely in my experiences with them.

They were quick, efficient, and very pleasant. They cleaned up so well it was seamless. Will definitely use them again!

On June 11th we called to have A-1 American come out and take a look at my AC unit. I had turned it on for the first time in a while (since I returned from deployment in November and didn't need to) and it wasn't cooling. They said that they would come between 9-12 the following day. No show. Called the company and they aplogogized and rescheduled for the next day. That's the first of many complaints. The technician Wayne, shows up and says that I was out of refrigerant and that needed a leak check. For $942.14 (with a military discount) he performed an electronic leak check and a nitrogen pressure check. He stated that there was no leak and that somehow something/someone may have been tampered with and let out the refrigerant. That is the only service that was signed for. He said it would take a full day for the house to cool. I set the thermostat to 75°F and let it be. After a full day it cooled down some, but day two it was 85° inside again. I went outside the following day (3 days later) and the lines were frozen. I shut everything down. I called back and called them again. Wayne came back on the 19th and pressurized/isolated the system and said he had another job to do and would come back the following day. Little did I know that he meant that he was cutting the lines and tearing apart my unit. I came outside to find my unit in pieces. He returned Sunday to say that the evaporator coil had a leak in it and the system was out of coolant. How would a leak so large to empty the unit in a couple of days not be detected with the electronic leak check or pressure test???? Today he calls and says it will be $1200 to replace the coil. Tried to call back, no answer. Tried to contact the manager and he was in a meeting for all 3 phone calls amd that he would call back. Of course no call. This is outrageous. I've contacted my insurance comany to have an investigator come out and look at the unit in pieces. I did not sign any authorization for this work and did not realize he was going to leave it like this in wait for me to pay another $1200 for the indoor evaporator coil. The coil is $400 at best, this guy isn't worth $800 in labor.

I have a new construction. They installed everything. About 1.5yrs later a capacitor went out (usually lasts 5 - 10yrs). They came by right away and made it right. Rock on guys.

They did work for me , but didn't finish it , They claim they were coming back to finish it but came back dump gravel on the street in front of my house and left it ! Then they would not answer the phone afterwards ! They are not professional or honest ! The worst , please be careful !
