We bought a house from the 60s with a combination of original and do-it-yourself patchwork plumbing. These guys can identify what's wrong, explain a range of options, and get the work done FAST. And they do a great job. They're flexible and won't upcharge you. It's no surprise they're booked so far out.

Awesome Service. Had a badly stopped up kitchen sink. Called Roto-Rooter Norfolk at 8 AM and within 10 mins had a phone call telling me the plumber would be at my home between 10 and 10:30 and he was here around 10:20. His name was Alonzo and he was polite, informative, knowledgeable, and hard working. He cleared our clog and explained what he had done. I would recommend them highly and will call them for all plumbing issues from now on.

I would like to thank Taron for responding to an emergency at my house. Had a faucet knob break off and the water was running uncontrollably. I was explained how to cut the water off, and within 30 minutes I had the plumber at my house and repair done. Thanks again

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I can't praise Mark enough. After other Plumbers gave up, he came and evaluated the situation and met the challenges. All the drains are clear and properly draining! 😊 I found him thru the BBB and did not disappoint. they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂
