Pat B was awesome. He came to connect gas fittings for a new gas line going to my range. He was professional and very helpful. I’m renovating my kitchen, and not only did he attach the new gas line, he also gave me advice on how to connect my dishwasher. I’d use this company just for the professionalism alone. The price was also very fair.

I Highly recommend. Steve and Johnny were very professional and thorough. They diagnosed and repaired my AC quickly. They were on time and went right to work. I will call this company and request these guys for any future needed repairs. Great job! Thanks!

I contacted Standard Plumbing to take care of several plumbing issues we had at our home. They were quick to get to us and showed up on time, very professional and went above and beyond to take care of all of our concerns. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Originally scheduled for an appointment on Friday, 3 May 2019 between 8-12 a.m. I received a call at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the appointment to inform me that due to a large volume of homes without AC that no technician was available to perform the scheduled service. We agreed to 7 May 2019 between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. At 8:35 the technician calls me to tell me that he will be at my home at 9:00 a.m.; that he's late because of his error and My bad. Doesn't appear that professionalism, customer service, or efficiency are part of the RS Andrews mantra. Why do companies now believe that I'm sorry makes everything better....how much longer do they expect that customers will continue to pay to be inconvenienced? We adjust our schedules and get prepared for them to provide the timely, efficient, and effective service that we contracted for. Appears that there is a long history of this company performing services similar to that received by me. When I called the company office, I was informed that they would let the GM know....and on at least three occasions I was asked What is it that you want me to do? The answer is easy.....perform the services when and where they were promised for the price that was agreed to. If you can't do that then you need to get out of the business.Update: 16 days after RS Andrews serviced my system the downstairs compressor locked up due to a short in the wiring. The last folks to remove the service panel---RS Andrews. Now I need a new compressor and handler unit......interesting timing? I think so.

Josh DiMarco is amazing. He came into the townhouse I rent to replace a hot water heater in the attic. There were several issues he had to deal with immediately, that he handled extremely professionally and took the time to explain everything. He went above and beyond. I can't say enough positive things about him.

Had such a great experience with this company. After much unnecessary stress caused by my home warranty company, Joe came in a reassured me that he could get this job done and for me not to worry. This was great to hear because I’m 39 weeks pregnant and did not need any extra staff. His crew came in, very punctual, professional, and respectful and got all our plumbing replaced before baby arrived. Could not have asked for a better crew to come in and fix our problem. They made sure we had nothing to worry about and that it was all on them, not us as homeowners. Highly recommend Joe and all those that worked with him on this job!

They are experienced professionals that know their work. They are a family business. I prefer a family company over a corporate chain. You can not beat them. They are honest and reasonable too. Awesome company I use them for all my plumbing needs . The owners are awesome also they were here within a day for a major re routing of my pipes was a mess. Job is almost completed
