David responsed to our request for a plumber immediately when I left a voicemail message. He arrived on time and was so friendly, nice and was recommended to us by a local home builder in the area. David quickly assessed the problem we were having with our hot water heater and fixed it within minutes of arriving. He recommended some maintenance to our system, which we are having David perform in the next week. These plumbers are awesome! Plumbers Margo and Duke came out to my house all my pipes were backed up, they worked diligently to fix the problem. They did not leave until they knew the problem was taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues. Just got off the phone with Ellsworth - will NEVER do business with them again. We purchased our water heater from them in 2012 and purchased the extended warranty that they recommended we buy. This would.cover us until 2022. Yesterday our water heater died, and when we called to have them replace it, they said we.never sent in the paperwork, so the warranty was no good. WE PAID FOR THE WARRANTY!! And there is no doubt my slightly-OCD husband sent it in, he would NEVER let that go. SO disappointed and disgusted.

Buds is a full service HVAC business operating in the Tidewater area for many years that provides professional and quality new installation and required service for heating and air conditioning units. I have used Buds for 12 years of service, and replacement of our complete HVAC unit.Words can not express the professionalism of their technical and office staff.

Family run business that I have used on multiple occasions and the only plumbers that I will hire. They do not treat you like a number, no gimmicks, fair upfront pricing, quality work. Very rare that I would trust a company to perform work in my house when I'm not around but they have earned my complete trust and they are one of only two companies that I have allowed to work when I'm not present. They have completely earned a loyal customer.

Totally failed to show up first time I booked them. Showed up late the 2nd time. Wanted $289 for each faucet install! That's like $600/hour! and i'm left with a $98 call out charge when i said no thanks, I think I'll just google it...

Have already forwarded their info to all my friends & family in the area for their possible plumbing needs.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up outside of the scheduled appointment time and acted annoyed with me that I wasn't prepared for the appointment. Spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. Service was a part of our 12 month home warranty, however I will absolutely not hire this company for any future work.
