I had a gas leak on the control valve of a 20 year old hot water heater. The technician, Jesse, came right away and replaced my hot water heater same day! He was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Great experience!

He was extremely polite as he diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the leak. He showed up ahead of schedule and quoted us a fair price. Thge Techmen really came through for us when we had an emergency with the leaking faucet.

He educated on the issue and the best way to get it fixed. After I approved the estimate given to me he got right to work.
