Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

Excellent communication from the very first call to hearing updates during the appointment to hearing findings at the end. I called for help finding any possible leak in a rental condo and someone was able to come within a few hours! He was extremely thorough and persisted to do a complete check. Would definitely call them again!

Excellent work today by the Breault team of Ray and Brian at my south Charlotte home. When my 20+ yr-old master bath commode would not stop trickling, they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was needed, installed the necessary new internal parts, and cleaned up without a hitch. I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. This was such a good experience. Brad Randall did a superb job removing an old, huge chandelier and replaced with a new one. All by himself. Anna returned my call and scheduled it right away. We are very pleased!

Jason Jentz and Ron Darling did a great job on my water main repair, they were Respectable and worked clean, I'd highly recommend this company for all your service needs.

Dave is great, knowledgeable and prompt. He has had to help us out twice with drainage issues due to tree roots and handled both experiences in a fast, efficient manner. I recommend calling him.
