As a single mom who recently became a homeowner, my water bills began to double last fall and I knew there was a leak somewhere. I called them out and they said my water line needed to be replaced and they quoted me almost $9k. At the time I was so flustered and desperate to get it repaired, but now that some time has passed I know several people who have recently had the same leak and had theirs replaced at a fraction of what I paid. I now see that this company was taking complete advantage of my vulnerability. I am still paying this off 9 months later. Yes, I know I agreed and yes, I know there is nothing I can do about it. But just wanted others to be aware that they will rob you. SHAME ON YOU, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. If you want honest plumbers with any integrity, stay far away. I’d sooner let my 10 year old dig up the yard and replace the pipes with toilet paper rolls before I gave them business again.

John is awesomeness thank you John for assisting my elder mother with her plumbing issues and taking the time to explain what is the best way to resolve the issue, and for the laughs, you are such a special soul. There still are wonderful people out here in the world I'm so happy that I found an excellent company, and I will most definitely pass the information on. It was very nice to meet you very professional the customer service is beyond 5 stars, and my mother and I are very picky individuals John, and Carol Rock!! I wish this company the best! John was fantastic! From the first phone call, he met every expectation. There wasn't an emergency - we wanted to replace the water heater with a tankless. But he came the day I called and emailed me an estimate before he left. He provided options I didn't think about (that I used!). On installation day, he arrived when he said he would, kept me up to date during installation, and took the time to walk through how it works and what he had done. I would highly recommend him to all.

I've used Breault Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. This morning I had an emergency situation involving a leak and they came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I'll definitely keep using them for my plumbing needs.

We used Roby Electric this past week to have an extra outlet installed up in our attic to wire a security camera system. We had the first appointment on the day and Donald and Kyheem came, on time, to work on it and knocked it out in no time. Donald provided a few options to us before just installing and described what they would actually do before doing it. They left our hone nice and clean and we installed our cameras this weekend so can say that everything is working as expected. Thanks Roby!
