Franklin plumbing is more interested in selling their warranty that fixing our plumbing problem. Must purchase a 2 year warranty to have a faucet replaced. Price was over $700. They also tried to sell a 5 year warranty that was even more expensive. Don't waste your time with this outfit.To Franklin Plumbing's credit they called after my earlier review and explained the technician did not properly understand the offerings. They waived the Trip Charge and offered to send a more experienced plumber the next day. I am glad I took them up on their offer. Kim Knopp was excellent as a plumber and explaining my options.

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

Brett is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me choices on the work that needed to be done. He did exceptional work, cleaned up, and was respectful in my home. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

Unfortunately, we had a sudden pipe leak occur that required immediate repair. Although we had not done any business with Jim Dickerson Co before, based on a referral they came to our home and repaired within just a few hours. I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.
