I'm so thankful to Charlotte Plumbing & Repair. I like to think I'm pretty independent and I usually hate asking for help, but it felt good having them there looking out for me. My son put a load of laundry in the machine before he left for school and I woke up to find water pouring through my 1st-floor ceiling. I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, they came quickly, assessed the situation, repaired it and charged me a fair price. I really felt like they had my back and would highly recommend them!

He said this was part of his diagnostic service. He examined the exhaust vent. The two pieces of pipe weren’t connected and in order to get them “in line “he put a rock under the vent pipe to hold it together and then put the cage back on there. Well, unfortunately, the fresh air intake was mixing with the exhaust and the flame on my water heater kept going out. The flame was extinguishing itself because that fresh air was now mixed with exhaust. Several hundred dollars later I had the gas company look at it and he fixed the vent.
