Best New Backflow Prevention in Charlotte NC

We've used Mr rooter consistently for the last 3 years on an older home and we've always been happy with there responsive same day service and the quality of their work and friendliness of their technicians.

I had twotwo other companies look at my problem. They accurately diagnosed the problem but were unwilling to search for a valve that was buried when my house was built until Charlotte Plumbing's technician came. He was thorough, had a great work ethic and was personable. You couldn't ask for better. He fixed the problem and an underlying cause. Next time I need plumbing services, I'll ask for them whether it's from my home warranty oror issues I know that aren't covered. Reasonable price and great service. Does anything else matter?

Rob was real nice, professional and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Seems to be fair priced but I honestly have nothing to compare them too. Will use again in the future if needed.

GREAT SERVICE! I called around and got the run-around by some companies...but Charlotte Plumbing gave me a great quote. They came the next day and fixed my problem with no extra charges. Will use again.

Be aware of minimum charges not disclosed upfront! I called to setup an appointment to replace my house filter in my crawl space and to look at my kitchen sink due to low pressure. I was told there was no service fee, and the estimate was free. However, when they came out, the worker simply started and completed the work without notification of what the charges would be. I was shocked to see the bill for $255 when it only took 20 minutes, and I even provided the filter. I was told later the $255 is the minimum fee for work performed. I sure wish this was told to me upfront as the bill was 2-3 times the cost of the same work I had done by other companies in the past. The fee was way too high for the minor work completed and it was not disclosed upfront!

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.
