Charles was WONDERFUL! He came to unclog our shower drain but we've been stuck in the house because of the shelter in place order, and boy did we talk his head off! But he remained professional, did his job and humored us by being great company. This was a late call, but he was still pleasant and took the time to explain the problem. I had a water leak and called first thing on a Monday. Jaqi answered and was helpful on the phone. I figured I’d be waiting a few days before an appointment but she was able to get me on the schedule in just a couple hours. Jaqi texted me when Luke was on his way as promised.

Luke was extremely knowledgeable and was able to locate the leak quickly. Another tech met him on site with parts so he didn’t even need to leave during the visit. The price was fair for all the time and effort he put into the repair. MD Plumbing went on my preferred vendor list and they will be my first call with future issues. Highly recommended!
