He then proceeded to inspect the entire plumbing for the home and gave us estimates on every issue he could find. Joe is an amazing employee to have. They did an excellent job. Easy scheduling and they came promptly. I called Sunday afternoon about a leaking water heater and they came Monday morning.

I had a service call that ended up being a very minor repair - less than 5 minutes total time. I suspected there would be a service charge, even though none was disclosed when I called them in the first place. But I was still surprised when I was told their standard service charge is $110. That is more than I have paid any other trade for a service charge, and it was especially painful considering how quick the fix was. I contacted Jim Dickerson and asked for some relief, but received no reply other than an invoice for the full amount. I won't be calling them again.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink.
