John was very knowledgeable and does the job right! He did two jobs for me, the first of which was installing a garbage disposal. Some of the previous contractors had cut corners when installing other parts of the system, but he adapted to the situation and got me the right parts to finish the job correctly in the same day. On my second job, which was repairing a shower valve, a previous company had said they would have to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace everything, which would take 6 weeks.
