Install of a tankless water heater in our attic. They removed the old tank and didn’t cause a single blemish taking it out and down the attic stairs and then the house staircase. The install of the new unit was seamless. It was obvious that this company has the experience to do the work. Outstanding work, great people, very professional, careful, neat, helpful, informative. Very very pleased with the entire process and the work done. We were very impressed with Paul Glover who supervised and worked hand in hand with, Rodney, Caiden, and Hayden who all were terrific. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining everything and reviewing all installation issues with our two story home. All of the men were pleasant, courteous and displayed exemplary customer service. This company will be on our to-call-list for future plumbing needs.Update- next day came with roofer to make sure exhaust was properly sealed. Vinton was the tech and he too was exemplary. The roofer was also very professional.

John is not only super friendly, but super honest, and willing to work with you on anything related to plumbing. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didn't charge us one penny.

Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.

Hire this guy, he's amazing, I wish there were more contractors like him.

He represents Bluefrog very well, not sure if all their plumbers are like that but I will happily recommend Bluefrog to my friends, and will 100% use them for any plumbing issues in the future (fingers crossed I won’t need to though)!

Annette, the customer service manager (who called to schedule the appointment and update us), was super nice too. 5-star customer service on the phone with great follow-ups. We called them for a non-emergency and we were fit the same-day and were done fast!

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.
