Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

Toliny was the contractor of choice when I had to file a home warranty claim. He was very timely in his response. By the time he had arrived at my condo, the issue I was having had cleared up and could not be duplicated. After spending some time telling Tony exactly what my experience was he asked to find the main breaker. Once I gained access to that room Tony removed the panel and the issue was clear, loose wires at the main breaker. Having owned 4 homes, I've had experiences where the contractor just wanted to be done; especially on a weekend. Tony just wanted my issue to be resolved and listened in detail to the symptoms and covered every base in finding the solution. I've kept his card and even when my home warranty expires, Toliny will be my electrician of choice.

Kyle is a master electrician! I would highly recommend asking for him. Kyle hung a 250 pound chandelier in our home and he did it alone. It was an extremely difficult fixture to wire and hang. Four other electricians from different companies came out and were unable to install the fixture. Kyle was excited for the challenge and made quick work of the project. We were blown away that he was able to do the job himself. He is smart, talented, and very friendly. Thank you Kyle and Roby Services!

Super friendly when getting a quote, but NEVER actually showed up to perform the work when scheduled (also never called to let us know that our appointment had been pushed to another day). They assured that they would make the RESCHEDULED appointment multiple times and NEVER SHOWED (or bothered to call) a second time. Two interrupted days of work and no better off than before calling South End Plumbing. Go anywhere else!!

Khris came and fixed my dryer super quick.

When no other repair sevice would answer their phone on a Sunday afternoon, Mattt answers on the second ring. 2 hours later he was at my door. He found the problem with my dryer. He gave me a very fair price on fixing the dryer. Very happy with his service. Glad I called him. Thank you Matt.
