Best Dripping Faucet in Charlotte NC

There is a long backstory here. But to keep it brief, these guys put my main water shut off valve ON THE WRONG PIPE. As such, when I turned their valve off, my cold water shut off, but they forgot about the pipe to the water heater. I've called them 3 times in the past 2 days, in an effort to resolve this, and every time Parker says he will call me back but never does. I have had to get a different company to fix their work and pay for this work twice.

Moved to a house with unknown plumbing problems popping up - Osborne Plumbing was very kind and helpful on the initial call, and Chris came out the next day to assess and talk us through the problems and options for moving forward. Great job and the remodel looks awesome

We called FATman to repair a leak in our hot water lines and to re-pipe as much as they could throughout the house without cutting into walls since we've been getting about one leak a year from our old plumbing. We worked with Dylan who was professional, showed up on time, and didn't mind answering all my plumbing questions as I had done some DIY work and like to learn when I can.

We also had a drain line broken in our backyard that turned out to be from a neighbors house. Dylan stayed longer than he needed to after the initial visit so he could help me along with someone from Waxhaw Public Works figure out the best course of action to fix it.

We're so pleased with the price and the work that we're canceling our home warranty which mostly covered plumbing problems because FATman was that much easier to deal with than any warranty repair.
