Water was leaking from upstairs and coming through my downstairs ceiling. They were prompt and the technician was very friendly. The problem was it was over $200 just for the visit, and they wanted another $1,300 to repair the problem. While the technician was here, he did not stop the leak, but said he would come back four days later to fix it. For $1,300 I could not wait four days to get a leak stopped. I called another nationally known company that came out at 10:00 pm for free! They stopped the leak for no charge and said they would come back and fix the problem for half of what Benjamin Franklin quoted me. This is the second time I have used Benjamin Franklin, but I will not call them again. They are way overpriced. Shop around with other licensed plumbers before you agree to use them.

I’m very happy with the work that was completed for us. John is a super nice guy and the price for everything we had done was incredible. He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. If you need plumbing work this guy is definitely the person you need to call. I know I will be using him for anything we may have again

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

A/C guys said we had a water leak so we called Precision Plumbing, they came to check it out and said very simple fix. Also said welcome to the area and enjoy your new home. HONEST, prompt, and courteous. Truly how a business should be run. Thanks Taylor B.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of the job. I took notice of how he did those little things that many contractor omit in an attempt to finish quickly. I added some additional requests that included plumbing and electrical that he agreed to handle while he was here. In the end his charges were more than fair. I will certainly keep Toliny Plumbing and Electrical in mind for any future repairs.
